Shipping Policy

In an effort to provide immediate information to customers who are trying to make budget decisions at the time of shopping/purchase, we have provided standard, flat-rate shipping rates to commercial addresses in metro (larger) locations.  Those locations are generally in small to medium to large towns and cities in most states. 

However, if you are in a very small town and/or are very far away from everyone and everything, you may not be covered by the standard rates.   In that case, there may be an additional shipping charge.  We will not add an additional charge to your bill without your prior approval.  We will simply cancel your order and refund your money if you don't want to pay the additional charge.

One more thing - the standard flat rate only applies to one casket or coffin.  If you are unfortunate enough to have to buy more than one casket or coffin, please talk to us about an additional freight charge.  We will do the best we can to help out.
